It’s designed to encourage exploration and allow people to satisfy their curiosity about scuba diving in Hawaii. The experience may be conducted anywhere an enjoyable introduction to diving is possible — off a tropical island, in a lake or quarry, off a boat, in a quiet, temperate bay, etc. Often, this program is conducted at dive resorts, where people have a limited amount of time and want to maximize their holiday experiences. The skills and experience participants gain may be credited toward the PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification. This link motivates participants to seek further training. The Discover Scuba Diving experience quickly moves people into the open water environment. After straight-forward knowledge and skill development sessions, participants dive in small groups at a local dive site. Discover Scuba Diving also links directly to the Open Water Diver course. Those who have completed the Discover Scuba Diving experience earn credit toward Confined Water Dive One and Open Water Dive One. This is possible because Confined Water Dive One is the same as the Discover Scuba Diving Water Skills Introduction and Development Session, and the Discover Scuba Diving dive now equals Open Water Dive One.

Thanks for visiting Rainbow Scuba Diving Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The philosophy is to give you maximum flexibility in accommodating time demands and varying learning styles. Dive Today is a philosophy that addresses the biggest perceptual obstacle to becoming a diver: that it takes a lot of time before you even “get” to dive. The philosophy is to begin student learning by diving in confined water and open water as early as possible. This not only accomplishes a marketing objective, but assists course educational goals by bolstering student interest and motivation. We are able to take students immediately into Confined Water Dive One after a short briefing, and from there, directly into Open Water Dive 1 & 2 on the boat.

Thanks for visiting Rainbow Scuba Diving Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
